Forming Our Love for the Lord
It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High; to declare your steadfast love in the morning, and your faithfulness by night, to the music of the lute and the harp, to the melody of the lyre. For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands I sing for joy. - Psalm 92:1-4
Restoration Music exists for the glory of God, through the formation of hearts and minds by the beauty of worshipping in song. We have a deep desire for our music to be Gospel-centered - rooted in the truth and beauty of God’s Word, singing and playing with the joy of Jesus, for the building up of the body and proclaiming the good news of Christ. God not only commands us to worship but, as we see in Psalm 92, tells us that it is for our good! We pray that our music stirs the affections of believers for God, and draws those who do not know him to behold the beauty of Jesus.
