During our Member Meeting on June 9, we discussed updates to our Rooted campaign. Below you will find some of the current updates and renderings for our new building space.
Updated Timeline:
6/28 – 50% CDs
7/15 – Final Review Set
7/22 – 100% CDs
The site plan submittal is 7/22
Should have approvals in early fall.
Once we have the site plan approvals in early fall, we can submit for the building permit.
Financial Outlook
Latest budget number was just under $8,400,000
$413,270 has already been paid for soft costs
$1,300,778 raised through May
$1,116,678 amount pledged but not received
Currently Restoration Church has approximately $3,100,000 available
Members approved debt servicing up to $3,500,000
There is another approximately $600,000 of add alternates that are not in this current budgeted number
Currently about 55% funded
